Shipping

We will make all efforts to ship orders in 1-2 business days. Any delays will be communicated through Shopify with an expected ship date. USPS is our preferred carrier and most deliveries can be expected within 5-7 days. If you need overnight service please reach out to candjcollectionschicago@gmail.com for rates

We cannot be responsible for any delays once packages have been accepted into carrier custody. Please check tracking information for delivery updates. 

Curbside Pick Up

Orders placed for pick up will be available within 24 hours unless we contact you. If you need a specific time for pick up please contact us to set an appointment.
